How can design and art in a community setting impact its environment and the community positively to promote healthy, safe communities?

Description
Students designed and created a large mural depicting their vision of a school community that is inclusive, healthy, safe, and joyful. They interviewed members of the Design Team for the new Alliance High School building to open in fall 2024 and collaborated with community artist Adam Ciresi. At the public unveiling of the 36ft x 72ft mural, students presented their project to applause from school and community members.
